“Spice Magic” is a family owned business, first started as a side
hustle at a small take away outlet at Panmure, back in 2006. Day by
day our customer base has increased and at some point we could not
handle the demand we had for our food and we felt it’s time to move
into a permanent place with dine in facility.
After discussing
continuously hours and days, finally we came up to a conclusion that
we are going to open up our own restaurant at Cardiff Road,
Pakuranga in September 2011. However, that was not an easy decision,
as we had to start up everything from the scratch by setting up the
business. We had to do purchasing, setting up the menus, prepping
and cooking, customer service as well as the kitchen hand by our own.
Looking back today after 15 years in the business, “Spice Magic” has become more than a business to us, as we have our own customer base as a part of our own family. Obviously there have been ups and downs as usual as in any business, but our lovely customers have never made us disappointed or left us at tough times like the global pandemic days. The secret behind for having such a bond between our customers and us, are the quality of the food and the authenticity of the food that we’ve been maintaining since the beginning of the business, and the exceptional customer service that we provide on a daily basis.
Yesterday, Today, as well as Tomorrow the quality and the taste of the food at “Spice Magic” is the same and that will never changes. So, we are looking forward to serving each and everyone of you who is seeking for an Authentic Sri Lankan and South Indian cuisine, making freshly from the scratch every day, in our small kitchen with lots of love.
